摘  要:对中兽药散剂中利巴韦林含量的高效液相检测方法的不确定度进行评估,分析了各种可能引起利巴韦林测定不确定度的因素,包括标准溶液、称样、体积、稀释量具、检测仪器、色谱峰面积、重复性等进行分析,并通过计算各不确定度分量及合成标准不确定度,得出了液相色谱法测定中兽药散剂中利巴韦林含量的不确定度结果。结果显示影响较大的因素为峰面积测量、标准溶液浓度和重复性。当利巴韦林含量为0.973 mg/g时,其扩展不确定度为±0.017 mg/g。The ribavirin in the veterinary traditional Chinese herb medicine powders was detected by HPLC in this paper.The sources of different parts of measurement uncertainty for determination,such as standard solution,sample weight,volume,instrument,chromatographic peak and repeatability,were analyzed.And the mathematic model was established.The different parts of uncertainty were evaluated and synthesized by selected suitable metrological methods,and the expanded uncertainty in measurement was calculated.The results indicated that measurement of peak area,the concentration of standard solution and repeatability mainly affected the measurement uncertainty.When the content of ribavirin is 0.973 mg/g,the expanded uncertainty is in range of±0.017 mg/g.
