烧伤方外涂治疗烧伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察烧伤方外涂治疗烧伤的疗效。方法　 380例烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组 2 0 0例 ,创面用烧伤方煎液外涂 ;对照组 1 80例 ,创面用京万红软膏外涂。 2组病人除创面用药不同外 ,其它治疗方法相同。治疗期间观察烧伤创面成痂时间、创面愈合时间、用药后创面感染情况、创面修复情况及药物的副作用以判断疗效。结果　总治愈率治疗组为 98.0 % ,对照组 71 .7% ,经统计学处理 ,2组间差异有极显著性 (χ2 =53.0 7,P <0 .0 0 1 )。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Shaoshang Prescription for burn. Methods 380 patients with burn were divided into two groups. Shaoshang Prescription and Jingwanhong ointment were external used in treatment group (n=200)and in control group (n=180), respectively.The other therapeutic methods used in both groups were same. To evaluate effect wound healing time and scabbed time were recorded. Results The total effective rate (98.0%) were significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (71.7%, P< 0.001 ). Conclusions Shaoshang Prescription is a effective drug on treatment of burn.
