老年性自发性气胸65例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨中心静脉导管联合持续负压引流治疗老年性自发性气胸的临床疗效。方法选择2006年1月～2010年12月本院住院的65例老年自发性气胸患者,中心静脉导管联合持续负压引流治疗,观察其疗效。结果 65例患者中,53例患者肺完全复张,治愈率为81.54%,平均肺复张时间为(11.25±2.32)d。结论中心静脉导管联合持续负压引流治疗老年性自发性气胸,疗效显著,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of central venous catheter combined continuous negative sucking for patients with age-related spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods 65 patients with age-related spontaneous pneumothorax were chosen in our hospital from January 2006 to December 2010,all patients were treated with central venous catheter combined continuous negative sucking,and the clinical efficacies were observed.Results In 65 patients,53 cases had lung recruitment complete,the cure rate was 81.54%,and the average time of lung recruitment was（11.25±2.32）d.Conclusion The effect of central venous catheter combined continuous negative sucking for patients with age-related spontaneous pneumothorax is obvious,it to be worth generalization at clinical.
