社区家庭访视护理对老年慢性病人生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨社区家庭访视护理对老年慢性病人生活质量的影响。方法 2010年4月～2011年6月就诊的106例老年慢性病人随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组在对照组基础上给予社区家庭访视,比较两组患者护理干预后6个月患者的生活质量。结果试验组患者经过社区护士的家庭访视后,生活质量明显提高,其躯体功能、躯体角色、机体疼痛、一般健康状况、生命力、情感角色和心理健康等生活质量评分均优于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论采用社区家庭访视护理能够改善社区老年慢性病人的生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。Objective To investigate the impact of community-based home visiting nursing on quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases.Methods Community in April 2010 to June 2011,treatment of 106 elderly patients with chronic disease were randomly divided into two groups,control group received conventional care intervention in the experimental group on the basis of the control group,community-based family visits between the two groups the patient＇s quality of life of six months after the patient care intervention.Results After statistical analysis,experimental group patients after a community nurse home visits,the patient＇s quality of life significantly improved their physical functioning,role physical,body pain,general health,vitality,emotional role and mental health indicators better than the control group patients,P0.05.Conclusion The community home-visit care to improve community quality of life of elderly patients with chronic diseases,have a positive clinical significance.
