摘　　要：南海海域位置重要、资源储备丰富,为促进南海地区的健康发展和实现海洋事业的共同繁荣,各国愈加重视南海领域合作。本文结合南海合作科研项目开展的现状,简要分析了项目开展过程中存在的问题,并对如何提高南海合作科研项目的质量提出了对策。The South China Sea is of great significance due to its location and abundant resources.Countries around the world are attaching top priority to the cooperation in the South China Sea to promote the healthy development of this region as well as the prosperity of marine course.This thesis gives analysis of problems existing in the present projects with the general introduction of present situation of the scientific cooperation projects on the South China Sea,and finally works out the approaches to improve the quality of these projects.
