摘　　要：本文首先对陕北区域经济发展现有模式及其影响进行阐述,在此基础上,提出以产业集群作为陕北区域经济发展模式的新选择,并对陕北区域采用产业集群模式的现实可行性和现实努力方向进行了分析,从特色产业集群、以价值链展开的产业集群、区域制度资源环境三个层面对如何在陕北区域实施产业集群模式作出了基于自己学识的思考。This paper expounds the northern Shaanxi regional economic development model and its influence.On this basis,a new model is put forward from the characteristics of industrial clusters,and the practical feasibility and direction of this model is analyzed.This paper also makes thinking on how to implement industrial clusters model in northern Shaanxi from industrial clusters,regional system and resources environment three aspects based on the authors＇ knowledge.
