摘　　要：地方经济的发展离不开准确、快捷的知识信息。高校图书馆凭借丰富的信息资源、高素质的人才资源和先进的技术设优势可以为地方经济发展提供多层次、创新高效的服务,它作为地方知识信息的集散地,具备了服务地方经济的能力。同时,高校图书馆服务于地方经济建设也是历史的必然和自身发展需要。Local economy develops with the fast and accurate knowledge information.As a center of knowledge information,university library is capable to provide various efficient and creative services for local economy＇s development by making full use of rich information,high-qualified librarians,and advanced equipment.Meanwhile,it is the natural law of history and the development of the university library itself that lead to its service to the local economy.
