摘　　要：针对施工中工期调整索赔分类及依据,通过对实践中工期调整索赔分类及依据的具体案例,结合地下工程工期调整索赔的特点,对工期索赔分类及依据充分、程序合规总结,以求达到提高工期调整索赔获得率。According to the classification and basis of claims for adjustment of construction period,through the specific case in practice,combined with the features of claims for adjustment of construction period of underground engineering,the classification and full basis of claims for construction period,as well as procedural compliance are summarized,so as to improve the obtained rate of claims for adjustment of construction period.
