摘　　要：物业管理行业要适应发展的需要,必须从经营理念到市场定位等方面作出相应的变革。本文阐述了经营型物业管理模式的含义及其特征,对经营型物业管理模式进行了价值分析,就构建经营型物业管理模式提出了思考。For adapting to the needs of development,property management industry must make corresponding changes from operation philosophy to market positioning.This paper expounds the connotation of operational property management mode and features,and makes value analysis of the operational property management mode,considers the construction of operational property management pattern.
