摘　　要：目的：探讨Ｐｅｒｆｅｃｔ牛心包瓣的中期临床疗效和血液动力学性能。 方法：采用多次信访、电话采访和门诊超声复查相结合的方法对出院的１２５例患者进行随访，总随访率为９６．８％，平均随访时间为３４．３３±１６．０２个月。 结果：死亡１例（死亡率为０．８％），与生物瓣无关；一过性脑梗塞１例；无抗凝出血和再次手术。与手术后早期比较，中期血液动力学性能无明显变化。 结论：Ｐｅｒｆｅｃｔ瓣不仅明显改善患者的血液动力学性能，而且安全性好，中期性能稳定。Objective: To study the mid-term follow-up results and clinical hemodynamic evaluation of perfect bovine pericardi- um valve. Methods: To follow up 125 patients being discharged from hospital with replacement of Perfect valve by letters, telephone calls and reexamination in clinic. the total follow-up rate is 96.8%, the average follow-up time is 34. 33± 16. 02 months. Results:The follow-up mortality and thromboembolism rate is 0.8% separately. There is no anticoagulant hemor- rhage or reoperation. Percent of 96.8 patients are in NYHA class Ⅰ - Ⅱ there is no difference in the hemodynamic char- acteristics of Perfeot valve between early stage and late phase after operation. Conclution: Perfect bioprosthetic valves are characterized with safety.durability and stable mid-term hemodynamic characteristics.
