摘　　要：就业乃民生之本,但是目前我国就业的结构和供需矛盾十分突出,大学生就业工作的思路和方式还存在着诸多不适应,以科学发展观为指导是新时期就业工作的必然要求。在新形势下,高校就业工作只有始终坚持以科学发展观为指导,统筹兼顾,就业工作才能取得成效。Employment is the people＇s livelihood,but at present the structure of employment and the prominent contradiction between supply and demand is prominent.The mentality and method of employment of college students still exist many incommensurate,so guided by the scientific outlook on development is the inevitable requirement for the employment in new period.In the new situation,colleges and universities must always adhere to the scientific outlook on development,and take all factors into consideration,so that the employment work can obtain good result.
