摘　　要：针对云南矿业面临的资源和环境两大主要问题,运用国际自然阶梯组织提出的系统条件可持续理论,对云南矿业的可持续发展进行初步探讨;以某矿业企业为例,分析建立其系统条件问题向导矩阵,并给出了相应的对策,借以引导其可持续发展。This paper considers two big problems of Yunnan Province mining industry which are resources and environment,introducing system condition sustainable theory of The Natural Step International to pilot study how to lead mining industry toward sustainability.One mining industry company is used as example to analyze how to lead towards sustainability by building guiding questions matrix and give the corresponding countermeasures.
