云南省基层农业科技推广的绩效评价——基于广南县农业科技入户工程的实证研究

摘　　要：通过对文山州广南县的科技示范工程进行调查和研究,从主观绩效和客观绩效两方评价了农业科技入户工程的绩效,其在发挥农业科技对农业增效、农民增收上取得了显著的成效,但也存在诸多问题。要从根本上解决农业科技推广过程中存在的种种问题,应当从创新农业推广机制上入手,尽快实现从目前的供给主导型向需求主导型转变。Through the surveys and studies on the technology demonstration project in Guangnan County,Wenshan Prefecture,the paper evaluated the performance of the project of sending agricultural technology into farmers＇ homes from both the subjective performance and objective evaluation,which has played remarkable effect in improving the agricultural efficiency and rural incomes,but there are many problems.To fundamentally solve the problems that exist in the process of agricultural science and technology promotion,it should start from innovative agricultural extension mechanism and as soon as possible change the current supply-oriented type into demand-led type.
