摘　　要：目的　报告椎体融合器 (TFC)治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效。方法　应用椎体融合器治疗腰椎滑脱症 12例。前路手术 10例 ,其中TFC横卧位 8例 ,前后卧位 2例 ;后路手术 2例。结果　术后随访 3～ 35个月 ,所有融合器均未见移位松动等并发症。术后症状消失 10例 ,明显减轻 2例。结论　本手术具有损伤小 ,术后有即刻固定作用 ,且卧床时间短 ,融合率高等优点。Objective This article reported the effect of threaded fusion cage(TFC) for treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis Methods The TFC was applied for 12 patients to treat lumbar spondylolisthesis The anterior approach was ultilized in 10 cases by TFC,among them 8 cases transverse and 2 cases lateral The posterior approach was used in 2 cases Results The results of 10 cases were excellent,2 cases were good with 3～35 months of follow-up and there is no changed position of the TFC in all cases Conclusion The thread fusion cage implantation has been found to be a safe,rapid effective procedure for lumbar spondylolisthesis and it produced a high fusion rate The patients need less time to lie in the bed
