不同营养状态下大鼠口腔与肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率的关系研究

摘　　要：目的通过研究手术前后不同营养状态下大鼠口腔与肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率,探讨两者间的相关性。方法雄性SD大鼠(250±20g)60只,随机分为术前组、手术组并建立胃大部切除模型。用亚G1峰法检测大鼠口腔与肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率,方差分析和相关性分析手术前后不同营养状态下,口腔与肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率的相关性。结果术后可观察到口腔及肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率均有显著下降(P<0.05),均约在术后7d后凋亡率逐渐上升(P<0.05),这变化同我们测量的营养指标的变化是基本一致的。结果证明口腔及肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率具有显著相关性(P<0.05)。结论通过对口腔及肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率及传统的营养状况评价指标的观察,发现口腔及肠道黏膜细胞凋亡率均随着机体营养状况的变化而变化。口腔黏膜细胞凋亡率可以及时反映肠道黏膜凋亡状况并有可能成为监测甚至预测机体营养状况的评价指标。Objective To investigate the effect on apoptosis between the oral mucosa cell and the intestinal mucosa cell and by the nutritional status.Method Subtotal Gastrectomy was performed in sixty male Sprague-Dawley rats,the rats were divided randomly into two groups： non-operation group and operation group.The oral and the intestinal mucosa epithelial apoptosis rate were measured by the flow cytometry.The statistical significance was decided by analysis of variance and q-test.Result The oral mucosa epithelial and the intestinal mucosa epithelial apoptosis rate were all significant descent after operation（P0.05）.Both of them were gradually to rise after 7days（P0.05）.Compare with the apoptosis,the nutritional assessment index had a same change.There was a significant correlation between the oral mucosa cell and the intestinal mucosa cell’ apoptosis rate by the nutritional status.Conclusion There was a significant correlation between the oral mucosa cell and the intestinal mucosa cell’ apoptosis rate by the nutritional status.And the nutritional assessment index was same as them.The oral mucosa epithelial epithelial apoptosis rate can be used as an evaluation index of the nutritional status.
