摘　　要：目的探讨复合固定技术在不稳定性骨盆骨折中的应用意义及临床效果。方法将100例不稳定骨盆骨折患者随机分为对照组50例(单纯内固定术)、观察组50例(复合固定术),对照两组,患者经过治疗后的临床疗效。结果对照组愈合程度优(30例,60%)、良(10例,20%)、差(5例,10%)、未愈合(2例,4%);观察组愈合程度优(35例,70%)、良(15例,30%)、差(0例,0%)、未愈合(0例,0%),两组各项指标比较观察组明显优于对照组P<0.05。结论应用内、外复合固定技术对治疗不稳定性的骨盆骨折,能加强骨盆结构的整体稳定性,对恢复骨盆解剖序列的连续性,有很好的促进作用。Objective To investigate the combined fixation of unstable pelvic fractures application significance and clinical effect.Methods 100 patients with unstable pelvic fractures were randomly divided into control group（50 cases simple internal fixation）,observation group of 50 cases（compound fixation）,control group two patients after treatment,clinical effect.Results In the control group,the extent of healing and（n = 30,60%）,good（n = 10,20%）,bad（5 cases,10%）,not healed（n = 2,4%）;the observation group were excellent（35 cases,70%）,good（n = 15,30%）,bad（0 cases,0%）,not healed（n = 0,0%）,two groups of indexes comparison of observation group was significantly better than the control group P0.05.Conclusion The application of composite technology,fixed on the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture,can strengthen the pelvis and the overall stability of the structure,to restore the PelvicAnatomy Series continuity,a very good role in promoting.
