心尖肥厚型心肌病与冠心病心电图对比分析

摘　　要：目的对比分析心尖肥厚型心肌病与冠心病心电图的异同。方法本文选择了30例心尖肥厚型心肌病患者为观察组,年龄32～58岁,男性18例,女性12例。另选32例冠心病患者为对照组,年龄36～61岁,男性17例,女性15例。对两组患者做心电图检查,并对比观察两组心电图在治疗前后的不同及相互差异。结果在治疗前,两组患者ST段压低、倒置T波均无明显差异,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05),不易分辨。两组R波差异明显,观察组明显高于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者在ST段压低、倒置T波、R波方面差异明显,均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心尖肥厚型心肌病患者,尤其是早期无明显症状患者,易被误诊为冠心病。在进行心电图检查时,除仔细分析心电图结果外,还应结合其病症进行综合分析,有利于辨别患者病情,提高诊断的准确率。Objective Comparative analysis of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and coronary heart disease ECG similarities and differences.Methods This paper uses 30 cases of apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy in the observation group,age 32 years old-58 years old,18 males and 12 females.Replacement of the32 cases of coronary heart disease as the control group,age 36-61 years,17malesand15females.ECG done on twogroupsofpatients,and compared before and after treatment were observed in the different ECG and mutual differences.Results Before treatment,patients were ST-segment depression,inverted T waves were not significantly different,wasnotstatistically significant（P 0.05）,is not easy todistinguish.Significant differences between two groups of R-wave,the observation group was significantly higher,with statistical significance（P0.05）.Aftertreatment,twogroupsofpatients inthe ST-segmentdepression,inverted T wave,R wave insignificant differences are statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy patients,especially patients with no obvious symptoms early,easily misdiagnosed as coronary heart disease.During the ECG,in addition to careful analysis of the ECG results,should be combined with a comprehensive analysis of their disease,help identify the patient＇s condition to improve diagnostic accuracy.
