两种女性绝育方法临床效果的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较输卵管双折结扎切除法和输卵管银夹法绝育术的临床效果。方法对需行绝育手术的妇女1286例,随机按两种方法分别实施输卵管双折结扎切除法(635例)和输卵管银夹法(651例)。记录手术情况,对所有观察对象于术后1、3、6个月进行随访。结果输卵管银夹法的手术时间、出血与血肿、盆腔疼痛方面的发生率低于输卵管双折结扎切除法。(P<0.05)。结论银夹法具有手术时间短,术后并发症出血及血肿,盆腔疼痛发生率低。Objective To compare efficacy of female sterilization by Pomeroy technique and silver clips.Methods Totally 1286 women underwent sterilization were divided into 635 women sterilized by Pomeroy technique and 651 women by silver clips.Clinical documents of sterilization were recorded.All women were followup at 1,3,6 months after surgery.Results The mean operetieve time and the incidence of bleeding,hematoma,menstrual abnorm alities and chronic pelvic pain in group silver clips were lower than in group Pomeroy technique（P0.05）.Conclusion Compared with Pomeroy technique,silver clips can decrease mean operetieve time and the incidence of bleeding,menstrual abnormalities and chronic pelvic pain.
