摘　　要：目的评价重组人生长激素（ｒｈＧＨ）对烧伤创面愈合的影响。方法８４例不同程度烧伤病人分成给药组和不给药组。给药组予以皮下注射ｒｈＧＨ，其他治疗与不给药组相同。分别观察创面愈合时间，住院天数，测定严重烧伤病人２４ｈ尿尿素氮（ＵＵＮ）排出量。结果应用ｒｈＧＨ的病例创面愈合时间明显缩短，住院天数明显减少，严重烧伤病人２４ｈＵＵＮ排出量明显减少。结论ｒｈＧＨ能促进烧伤病人蛋白质合成，加速创面愈合。Obiectivc This study is aimed to evaluate the effect of rhGH on wound healing of burns. Methods Eighty four patients with various extents of burns were divided into rhGH group and non-rhGH group. The patients of rhGH gsroup received rhGH by subcutaneous injection and other treatments similar to non-rhGH group. We observed healing time of the wounds of two grous, recorded, the days of hospitalization and determined UUN excretion of severely burned patients. Results The results showed that in the rhGH group the healing time of various wounds was significantly lessened, the days of hospitalization were obviously reduced and UUN excretion of the severely burned patients was decreased. Conclusions rhGH can stimulate protein synthesis of burned patients and can accelerate wound healing.
