股浅静脉包窄术治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全

摘　　要：目的 :恢复股浅静脉第一对瓣膜阻止血液倒流的功能 ,治愈静脉曲张及合并症。方法 :用e -PTFE人造血管条片于管腔外环形包窄股浅静脉第一对瓣膜 ,使其周经缩小 1/5～ 2 /5 ,再抽剥曲张浅静脉 ,结扎交通静脉。结果 :临床症状消失 ,慢性溃疡愈合 ,踝关节区域水肿消失 ,色素减退。结论 :股浅静脉第一对瓣膜包窄术是目前治疗原发性下肢深静脉瓣膜功能不全的较好方法。Objective:surgically repair the incompetent superfical vein valve .Cure primary deep venous valv incompetent(PDVI). Method: encircle and narrow the first pair of valve of superfical femorael vein,with a strip of e-PTFE prostheses.the circumference of the vein reduce 1/5～2/5,then ligate and stripe the varicose tributaries of the saphenous systems and perforating veins. Results: No clinical symptoms and ankle oedema exist,chronic venous ulcer cured. black pigment stains abated. Conclusion: encircling and narrowing first pair of valve of superfical femoral vein is a considerable operation for cure primary deep venous valve incompetent.
