摘 要:目的 应用不同剂量的氦氖激光照射成年Wistar大鼠的心前区 ,研究低能量激光对血液流变的影响 ,为氦氖激光应用于临床提供依据。方法 应用 10 .3J/cm2 、2 0 .6J/cm2 、6 0 .5J/cm2 三种剂量照射成年和幼年大鼠心前区 ,检测其血液流变指标。结果 能量密度为 6 0 .5J/cm2 的氦氖激光照射 ,能降低成年鼠的血细胞压积、全血粘度 ,增强其红细胞变形性 ,延长红细胞聚集时间。结论 氦氖激光照射可改变成年大鼠的血液流变特性。Objective In order to study the effect of He-Ne laser irradiation on precordial region for rats' hemorrheology.Methods The precordial regions of adult and child Wistar rats were separately radiated by He-Ne laser with different doses(10.3 J/cm 2、20.6 J/cm 2、60.5 J/cm 2).Then,the hemorreological indexes were measured by Couette viscometer and Ekacytometer.Results After He-Ne laser with 60.5 J/cm 2 irradiation,the hematocrit and blood viscosity were reduced,the erythrocyte deformability was increased and time of erythrocyte aggregation was extended.While these effects were not seen in 10.3 and 20.6 J/cm 2 He-Ne laser irradiation.Conclusion Our study provides an experimental evidence,that is,the He-Ne laser irradiation may improve the hemorrheological indexes of adult rats.
