摘　　要：以PF-QWS为正浮选捕收剂,HY-2B为反浮选捕收剂,碳酸钠为调整剂,水玻璃、六偏磷酸钠、磷酸、硫酸为抑制剂,对湖北某中低品位(17.09%)硅钙质磷矿石进行正反浮选工艺研究,在常温(30℃)条件下,获得了P2O528.31%、MgO 1.91%、回收率82.86%的精矿指标。This paper investigated the positive and reverse flota tion tests for a low-grade （17. 09%） siliceous-calcareous collo- phanite from Hubei. The flotation tests used PF QWS as a posi- tive-flotation collector, HY-2B as a reverse-flotation collector, and sodium carbonate as a modifier. The sodium silicate, sodium hexametaphosphate, phosphoric acid, and sulfuric acid can be used as depressors. Tests results showed that under unheated condition, P2O5 28. 31%, MgO 1. 91%, and recovery of P2O5 82.86% were obtained, which are good indices of phosphate con- centrate.
