电针疗法对家兔血清及组织中自由基代谢的动态影响

摘　　要：本试验通过电针针刺家兔的足三里、关元穴位,利用试剂盒法检测针刺对家兔血清及心、肝、肾和肌肉组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的动态变化规律,探讨针刺对机体自由基代谢的影响。结果显示,电针针刺家兔的足三里和关元两穴位能提高血清、心、肝、肾和肌肉组织中SOD和CAT的活性,降低MDA的含量。针刺足三里、关元穴能提高机体抗氧化防御系统酶(SOD、CAT)的活性,增强清除自由基的能力,减少和抑制脂质过氧化产物(MDA等)的生成,进而起到抗肿瘤、抗衰老和防病治病的作用。In order to observe the effect on metabolism of free radicals in serum and tissues by the electroacupunctured the Zusanli and Guanyuan,we measured the activity of SOD,CAT,and the level of MDA which were electroacupunctured by the anti-oxydum determined of reagent-box.The results showed that electroacupuncturing the Zusanli and Guanyuan can increase the activity of SOD,CAT and reduce the content of MDA.Thus these results suggest that electroacupuncturing Zusanli and Guanyuan can increase the ability to clean out the anti-oxydum and reduce the produced MDA,and have the effect on resistance of tumor,caducity and illness.
