嘉兴模式的延伸与深化:从总分馆体系到图书馆服务体系

摘　　要：嘉兴模式包含两个体系:一是以总分馆为核心的公共图书馆服务体系,二是跨系统的图书馆服务联盟体系。研究发现,从公共图书馆服务体系到图书馆服务联盟体系,延续了"政府主导"的建设思路,这一思路保证了公共图书馆服务体系进一步的垂直延伸———建设村级图书馆,也使图书馆服务联盟能够克服松散联盟导致的资金保障问题,并有望提升统一服务平台的服务能力。本文研究的基础来自嘉兴的相关政府文件和对相关人士的访谈。There are two systems in the Jiaxing Model： the public library service system based on main-branch librar- ies, and the library service union system. Research shows that from the public service system to the library service union system, “government oriented” development guideline had guaranteed the public service system to extend vertically-vil- lage libraries has been constructed throughout the area. At the same time, the construction guidelines can solve the budget problem associated to the loose library service union, and improve the service ability of the unified platform. This research provides rich from relevant government documentation and interviews of informants. 9refs.
