摘 要:用增韧母料(E-TMB)分别与高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)2200J(HE1)、5000S(HE2)热机械共混制得HE1/E-TMB和HE2/E-TMB共混物,研究了E-TMB中弹性体配比(M/N)、基体树脂和弹性体配比(H/E)对共混物结晶行为的影响,并将其和简单共混对照样对比。结果表明,与纯PE-HD和简单共混物对照样相比,HE1/E-TMB和HE2/E-TMB的结晶起始温度升高,且随M/N比值的减小而增大,随H/E比值的减小而减小;HE1/E-TMB的结晶焓减小而成核速率和结晶速度增大,HE2/E-TMB的结晶焓增大而成核速率和结晶速度减小,HE2/E-TMB的成核速率随M/N比值的减小而减小。HE1 /E-TMB and HE2 /E-TMB blends were prepared by the thermal mechanical blending of toughening master batch ( E-TMB )with 2200J PE-HD ( HE1 )and 5000S PE-HD ( HE2 ), and the effects of elastomer ratio ( M/N )and the ratio of matrix resin to elastomer ( H / E ) in E-TMB on the crystalline behavior of PE-HD / E-TMB were investigated, and which were contrast to PE-HD / elastomer blends.The results showed that the initial crystallization temperature of HE1 / E-TMB and HE2 / E-TMB blends was all higher than that of the pure PE-HD and PE-HD / elastomer, and gradually increased with the ratio of M to N decreasing and decreased with the ratio of H to E decreasing.The enthalpy change of crystallization of HE1 / E-TMB was smaller than that of HE1 and HE1 / E-TMB.The nuclearation rate and the crystallization rate of HE1 / E-TMB ( M / N ) blends was all higher than that of the pure HE 1 and HE 1 /elastomer ( M/N ).The enthalpy change of crystallization of HE2 /E-TMB was higher than that of the pure HE2 and HE2 /elastomer, but their nuclearation rate and crystallization rate was contrary.The nuclearation rate of HE2 / E-TMB gradually decreased with the ratio of M to N decreasing.
