摘 要:文章采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了铅锌矿区圆叶无心菜对Pb的累积特征。采用Pb 0、200、500和1 000 mg/kg处理,研究圆叶无心菜在20、40和60 d时,数量性状变化及其对Pb的累积特征。结果表明:(1)Pb处理后,在同一生长时期,Pb导致圆叶无心菜株高、冠幅、根长和生物量显著降低,其中Pb 1 000 mg/kg处理时,降低的幅度最大;(2)随着Pb浓度的增加和生长时期的延长,圆叶无心菜Pb含量不断增加;(3)圆叶无心菜对Pb的滞留率和净化率随着时间延长不断增加。生物富集量系数和转运量系数随着Pb污染浓度的增加有减少的趋势。圆叶无心菜对Pb的转运系数大于1;(4)圆叶无心菜可作为Pb的累积植物,用来修复被Pb污染的土壤。Pot experiments were done to study accumulation characteristics of Arenaria rotumdifolia Bieberstein from Pb-Zn mine area to Pb. With treatment by Pb 0, 200, 500 and 1,000mg/kg, quantities characteristics and Pb accumulation characteristics of Arenaria rotumdifolia Bieberstein were studied after 20, 40 and 60days. Results indicated that plant height, crown diameters, root length and biomass of Arenaria rotumdifolia Bieberstein decreased significantly with Pb treatments, with the lowest at Pb treatment of 1,000 mg/kg. Contents of Pb in Arenaria rotumdifolia Bieberstein increased incessantly with increasing of concentrations of Pb in soils and prolong of developmental stages. After treated with Pb, the bided rate, purifying rate were increased incessantly with prolong of developmental stages. With increasing of the concentrations of Pb in soils, absorption capacity coefficient and transformation coefficient of Arenaria rotumdifolia Bieberstein decreased, with transformation coefficient of Arenaria rotumdifolia Bieberstein over 1. It was demonstrated that Arenaria rotumdifolia Bieberstein is one of accumulators to Pb.
