四川藏区特色经济发展途径研究

摘　　要：四川藏区由于受自然条件、历史文化等影响,民族经济发展整体缓慢,但境内特色资源富集,差异化优势明显,面对新一轮西部大开发、成渝经济区区域规划和中央重大决策部署,发展特色经济成为当前抢抓机遇、主动作为、跨越发展的重大突破口。在深入分析四川藏区发展特色经济的重要意义的基础上,通过理性剖析影响该区域特色经济发展的制约因素和优势资源,提出深化"差异化"发展、加强优势资源转化、扩大主导产业规模、优化重点保障体系等措施,全面推进四川藏区经济跨越发展和社会长治久安。Sichuan Tibetan areas affected by natural conditions,history and culture influence,and national economic development overall slow,but domestic characteristics rich resources,the variation obvious advantages,facing a new round of the great development of the west and into chongqing economic zone regional planning and the central making important decisions deployment,become the economic development with characteristics to grab the opportunity,the initiative as a major breakthrough,spanning development.In the thorough analysis of Tibetan areas characteristic economy development of the important meaning,and on the basis of analyzing the influence through the rational regional characteristic factors restricting the development of economy and the advantage resources,puts forward deepen a ＂differential＂ development,strengthen the advantage resources conversion,expand the leading industry scale,the key security system optimization measures,and comprehensively promote the economic development of Tibetan areas across the field and social stability.
