摘　　要：非物质文化遗产的保护与传承问题是当前我国非物质文化遗产研究的热点。旅游开发是非物质文化遗产保护与传承的一条重要途径。非物质文化遗产能否进行旅游开发,开发的必要性及意义是什么?从非物质文化遗产具有的旅游价值、面临的现状以及开发的意义三个方面来回答。The protection and inheritance of intangible culture heritage is a hot topic in the current china.The author of this paper thinks that the tourism development of intangible culture heritage is an important way about its protection and inheritance.Whether the intangible culture heritage could be tourism development？ What is the necessity and significance？ This paper from intangible cultural heritage tourism value、its current situation and the significance of development of three aspects to answer these questions.
