茶藤中生物碱成分的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究茶藤的生物碱类成分。方法:运用多种层析方法对茶藤进行分离与纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据对其结构进行鉴定。结果:从茶藤中分离得到4个化合物,分别为斯砍定(Scandine)、柳叶水甘草碱(Tabersonine)、11-羟基柳叶水甘草碱(11-Hydroxytabersonine)、19S-长春里宁(19S-Vindolinine)。4个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。结论:本试验结果可在一定程度上为茶藤的活性研究奠定基础。OBJECTIVE：To study the alkaloids from Melodinus magnificus.METHODS：Multiply column chromatography techniques were applied for the isolation and purification of M.magnificus.The structures were identified with their physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS：4 compounds were isolated and identified from M.magnificus,such as scandine,tabersonine,11-hydroxytabersonine,19S-vindolinine.All compounds were isolated from the species for the first time.CONCLUSION：The results of trial lay a foundation for the study of the activity of M.magnificus to some extent.
