摘 要:目的:为新鱼腥草素钠的结构确证提供波谱学依据。方法:通过红外光谱(IR)、一维(1H、13C)和二维(1H-1H COSY、HMQC、HMBC)核磁共振光谱(NMR)、质谱(MS)等波谱法研究新鱼腥草素钠的波谱性质。结果:确认了新鱼腥草素钠IR信号峰;归属了NMR中1H、13C信号的化学位移;详细分析了新鱼腥草素钠MS中主要碎片离子的裂解途径。结论:经波谱学研究确证了新鱼腥草素钠的结构。OBJECTIVE:To provide the spectral evidence for the structural identification of sodium lauroyl-α-hydroxyethyl sulfonate.METHODS:The spectral properties of sodium lauroyl-α-hydroxyethyl sulfonate were studied through spectroscopic methods including IR,1D and 2D NMR,and MS spectroscopic techniques.RESULTS:In the paper,the assignment of IR signals and 1H,13C chemical shifts had been completed,and the main cleavage pathways of fragment ions in MS spectrum had also been analyzed in detail.CONCLUSION:The structure of sodium lauroyl-α-hydroxyethyl sulfonate is verified by intensive spectral studies.
