肠胃片的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:建立肠胃片的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对佛手、肉桂进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定肠胃片中木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、桂皮醛的含量。结果:TLC斑点清晰、分离度好,阴性对照无干扰;木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯、桂皮醛检测浓度分别在0.028～0.140(r=0.9998)、0.028～0.140(r=0.9996)、0.024～0.120(r=0.9997)mg·mL-1范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.99%、99.68%、100.10%,RSD分别为1.48%、1.39%、0.90%(n均为6)。结论:所建方法专属性强、重复性好,可用于肠胃片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish the methods for quality control of Changwei tablets.METHODS：Citrus medica L.var.sarcodectylis and Cortex cinnamomi were identified by TLC qualitatively.HPLC method was used to determine costunolide,dehydrocostuslactone and cinnamaldehyde in Changwei tablets.RESULTS：The spots of TLC were clear and well-separated without interference from negative control.Costunolide showed good linearity in the range of 0.028～0.140 mg·mL-1（r=0.999 8） with an average recovery of 98.99% （RSD=1.48%,n=6）;Dehydrocostuslactone showed good linearity in the range of 0.028～0.140 mg·mL-1（r=0.999 6） with an average recovery of 99.68%（RSD=1.39%,n=6）;Cinnamaldehyde showed good linearity in the range of 0.024～0.120 mg·mL-1（r=0.999 7） with an average recovery of 100.10% （RSD=0.90%,n=6）.CONCLUSION：The methods are specific and reproducible,and can be used for the quality control of Changwei tablets.
