摘  要:目的:为掌握中药炮制方法、规范饮片质量标准、促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法:对2010年版《中国药典》中所收载的中药饮片炮制内容进行归类与分析。结果:2010年版《中国药典》中共收载中药材591种,其中未列饮片项的中药有148种,23味中药的25个炮制品单列质量标准、附有2种及以上炮制品的中药159种;中药不同炮制方法与炮制品质量标准各有特点。结论:2010年版《中国药典》为规范全国中药饮片炮制方法与饮片质量标准提供了依据与指导,应认真参照执行。同时,中药炮制方法及饮片质量标准研究还有待进一步深入。OBJECTIVE:To master the processing methods of TCM decoction pieces,standardize the quality standard of TCM decoction pieces and provide the basis for rational use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:The processing details of TCM decoction pieces in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition) (called Pharmacopoeia in short) were classified and analyzed.RESULTS:Pharmacopoeia contained 593 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines,including 144 species of non-listed TCM decoction pieces,quality standards for 25 processed products of 23 ingredients,more than two processed products for 157 kinds of TCM.TCM had different processing methods and quality standards for processed products had their own characteristics.CONCLUSION:Pharmacopoeia provides reference and guidance for the regulation of processing methods and the national quality standard of decoction pieces for actual work's information and guidance carefully.At the same time,TCM processing methods and quality standards should be further studied.
