高新技术产业的政府政策扶持与我国政府的政策取向

摘　　要：高新技术产业的迅速崛起 ,是当代知识经济增长的重要支柱。优先扶持和发展高新技术产业 ,已经成为世界许多发达国家的重要政府行为 ,而且在这方面的政府职能和行为已经制度化、法制化 ,政府政策的扶持力度对高新技术产业的发展起到了决定性的作用。本文具体比较了世界较为发达的国家政府对高新技术产业的扶持政策 ,提出我国应当注意完善的主要政策 ,并根据我国目前实施高新技术产业政策中出现的问题指出今后扶持高新技术产业发展的政策取向。The rapidly-developed hi-technology industry is an important foundation of the knowledge economy development at present times.It is an important government activity to give priority to support and develop hi-technology industry.Furthermore,the government's activity and function in this respect have been systematized and legalized,and the degree of the government support functions a decisive factor in the development of hi-technology industry.This article makes a comparison among the government support policies of the developed countries and puts forward the main policies of our government which needs to be completed.Based on the analysis of the problems resulted from our government policies at present,the article also suggests the government policy orientation in supporting the development of hi-technology industry.
