摘 要:采用常规工艺,在无需超细和添加其他增强物料的条件下,制备早强、高强的磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土,研究了其强度随水化龄期和养护温度的变化规律,通过XRD分析探讨了其微观特性。结果表明:磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土1d强度77.32 MPa,为其28 d强度的71.72%,远高于同条件下硅酸盐水泥混凝土的43.33%;标准养护28 d后,在37、50℃干燥3 d,磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土强度分别提高了7.14%和5.75%。此外,高强磷铝酸盐水泥混凝土在只掺入0.28%聚羧酸减水剂的情况下,即可获得同样的坍落度。Early and high strength phosphoaluminate concrete has been obtained without superfine cement and adding any strengthen-agents.The development of mechanical strength of phosphoaluminate concrete with hydration age and temperature was investigated,and then its microscopic characteristic was discussed using XRD analysis.The results show that phosphoaluminate concrete strength 77.32 MPa of 1d is 71.72% of its 28 d strength,far higher than 43.33% of Portland concrete in the same condition.The strength of the concrete at dry condition for 3 d at 37 ℃ and 50 ℃ respectively right after 28 d standard curing are 7.14% and 5.75% higher respective than that standard condition for 28 d.In addition,high strength phosphoaluminate concrete can obtain the same slump with Portland concrete by adding 0.28% water-reducer of polycarboxylic acid only.
