摘　　要：目的：探讨彩色多普勒超声在睾丸微石症（TM）中的应用价值.方法：分析36 例睾丸微石症患者的二维及彩色多普勒超声表现.结果：36 例睾丸微石症中29 例发生于双侧,7 例发生于单侧.声像图特征表现为睾丸实质内散见直径〈3mm 的钙化点,后方无声影,点状强回声之间是相互独立的.睾丸血流信号与正常者无区别.结论：彩色多普勒超声是诊断及随访睾丸微石症的首选方法.Objective To study the application value of color doppler ultrasound in testicular microlithiasis （TM）. Methods the two-dimensional ultrasound and color doppler ultrasound performance of the 36 eases of testicular microlithiasis were analyzed. Results Of the 36 cases of testicular mierolithiasis, 29 cases occurred on both sides, 7 cases occurred on one side. Uhrasonographie characteristic feature were independent dots without shadow which diameter 〈 3mm, scattering in the testicles.There was no difference in testicular flow signals between TM and normal. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound is the first choice of method to diagnosis and follow-up testicular microlithiasis.
