微波照射联合中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨微波照射联合中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效.方法 将84 例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用妇科千金片口服、左氧氟沙星注射液静脉点滴,治疗组口服妇科千金片、静滴左氧氟沙星注射液的同时给与微波照射治疗.结果 治疗组的治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组（P〈0.05）,治疗组的疗效明显优于对照组.结论 中西药联合治疗慢性盆腔炎明显提高疗效,值得临床推广应用.Objective： To observe the effect of microwave physiotherapy combining with Chinese traditional and western medicine to treat CPID. Methods： 84 cases were divided into two groups; The treatment group received the Fukeqianjin capsules and levofloxacin sodium chloride injection combining with microwave physiotherapy; the control group received Fukeqianjin capsules and levofloxacin sodium chloride injection to treat. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group significantly higher than the control group.Conclusion： The combined treatment of the microwave physiotherapy and Chinese traditional and western medicine to CPID was effective.
