肺心病急性发作期中西医结合综合治疗方案的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的：讨论中西医结合治疗方案在肺心病急性发作期的临床疗效.方法：将86 例肺心病急性发作期患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采取常规西药疗法,治疗组在此基础上加用中药.结果：治疗组的总有效率是88.37%,对照组的总有效率是58.14%,其中P＜0.05,治疗组的效果明显高于对照组,结论：应用中西医结合综合治疗方案,对肺心病急性发作期的治疗具有良好效果,值得临床推广.Objective： To discuss the Integrative treatment programs in the clinical efficacy of pulmonary heart disease. Methods： 86 cases of puhnonary heart disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, both groups take the conventional western medicine, the treatment group on the basis of use of Chinese medicine. Results： treatment group, the total efficiency is 88.37%, 58.14% total efficiency of the control group, where P 〈0.05, the effect of the trealment group was significantly higher, Conclusion： the application of comprehensive treatment program of Integrative Medicine, cot pulmonale the treatment of acute exacerbation of good results, worthv of nromotion.
