前列舒通胶囊治疗98例慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨为慢性前列腺炎病例使用前列舒通胶囊的临床疗效.方法：从慢性前列腺炎病例（2011 年2 月-2012年3 月诊治）中抽取98 例,随机选择其中的49 例为观察组,治疗中使用前列舒通胶囊;另49 例为参比组,治疗中使用前列通淤胶囊.评价各组的临床疗效.结果：观察组临床疗效优于参比组（P＜0.05）,观察组中的临床疗效百分率为91.8%（45 例）,26.5%（13 例）治愈,40.8%（20 例）改善,24.5%（12 例）缓解;参比组的临床疗效百分率为83.6%（41 例）,20.4%（10 例）治愈,30.6%（15 例）改善,32.6%（16 例）缓解.结论：为慢性前列腺炎病例使用前列舒通胶囊可有效缓解症状,提高生活质量.Objective： To investigate the use of chronic prostatitis cases of Qianlieshu capsule clinical observation. Methods： from chronic prostatitis cases （2011February - 2012March ） in98 samples, randomly selecting one of the 49cases for the observation group, therapeutic use of Qianlieshu capsule; another 49 cases as the reference group, therapeutic use capsule for relieving blood stasis. Evalua- tion of the clinical efficacy of each group. Results： the observation group clinical curative effect is better than the reference group （ P 〈 0.05） in the observation group, the clinical efficacy of percentage of 91.8% （n = 45）,26.5% （ n = 13） cure,40.8% （n = 20）,24.5% （n = 12） in remission; reference group＇s clinical curative effect percentage was 83.6% （41 cases ）,20.4% （n = 10） cure,30.6% （n = 15）,32.6% （n = 16） ease. Conclusion： chronic prostatitis cases of the use of Qianlieshu capsule can effectively alleviate the symptoms, improve the quality of life.
