输卵管整形术后患者IUI助孕的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨输卵管整形术后行IUI 助孕的可行性.方法：有腹腔镜下输卵管整形术手术史的患者在术后不同时期行监测排卵指导同房,或IUI 助孕,比较患者的妊娠结局.结果：输卵管整形术后半年内,输卵管超生造影证实至少一侧输卵管通畅的患者,行IUI 助孕周期妊娠率约为17.7%,半年内的累计妊娠率大概是28.6%,术后半年以上妊娠率明显下降.结论：输卵管整形术后半年内联合IUI 助孕可以获得较为满意的妊娠率,术后半年以上则需考虑试管婴儿助孕等更为复杂的助孕措施.Objective： To study the feasibility of the IUI in the Infertile Patient who has history of the laparoseopic surgery. Methods： To compare the pregnancy outcome between the Infertile Patient in different period who had IUI and who had ovulation detection. Results： Within half a year, the cycle pregnancy rate of IUI is 17.7%, the Clinical pregnancy rate is about 28.6%; after more than half a year, the pregnancy rates decreased obviously. Conclusion： Within half a year, the salpingoplasty joint IUI can achieve a satisfactory pregnancy rate; after more than half a year ,the Infertile Patient should be considered the more complicated measures to pregnancy.
