摘　　要：目的 了解我市不同级别医院供应室灭菌器械清洗效果.方法 抽取三级综合医院和二级综合医院各一家,每次各抽取清洗后手术疗器械20 件,裸视和100 倍光源放大镜判定清洗效果.结果 近半数手术器械清洗不合格,近1/3 的手术器械存在有机污物,锈斑锈迹是清洗不合格的主要原因.Objective To understand the cleaning effect of sterilization surgical instruments of different levels hospital supply room . Method Select two supply rooms of one level-HI general hospital and one level-II general hospital,select 20 pieces surgical instruments after cleaning every hospital ,open hole test and 100 times lighting magnifying glass test. Results Almost half of clemd surgical instruments not qualified, almost 1/3 of clernd surgical instruments has organic dirt, russet burbank and rust is the main reason of cleand surgical instruments.
