摘 要:目的:探讨冠脉闭塞患者侧支循环(CCC)形成分级与血BNP 含量的相关性.方法:对38 名拟行冠脉介入诊疗的冠脉闭塞患者,抽血检测BNP 含量;行冠脉造影术,按Rentrop 法对CCC 形成状况进行分级.结果:对各患者术前血BNP含量与冠脉造影评价的CCC 分级,做Spearman 秩相关分析,得相关系数r=0.875、P〈0.001,即两者成正相关(P〈0.05).结论:冠脉闭塞患者血BNP 含量与CCC 分级成正相关,提示BNP 水平可以作为预测冠脉闭塞后CCC 形成状况的指标.Objective: To investigate and discuss the correlation between collateral circulation classification of patients with cornnary artery occlusion and blood BNP concentration. Methods: 38 pre-angiography of the coronary occlusion patients were tested blood BNP content. CCC formation situations were classified according to the Rentrop method through angiography. Results: Spearman correlation analysis between the blood BNP concentration and CCC formation situation before angiography was done, and the result showed that the correlation coefficient r = 0.875, P 〈0.001, ie, the two sides positively related (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: The CCC formation situation in patients with coronary occlusion and the BNP concentration grade into a positive correlation, suggesting that the BNP level can be used as an indicator to predict the status of CCC formation after coronary occlusion.
