大学生控制圈与主观幸福感的关系

摘　　要：目的:通过对大学生控制圈与主观幸福感的调查、分析,探讨大学生控制圈与主观幸福感的关系。方法:采用控制圈量表与主观幸福感指数量表对全日制在校大学生进行调查研究。结果:(1)大学生控制圈与主观幸福感呈极显著正相关。(2)大学生个人效能和人际控制对主观幸福感有显著的预测作用。结论:大学生控制圈与主观幸福感呈极显著正相关,个人效能和人际控制对主观幸福感有显著的预测作用。Objective：By the survey and analysis of college students＇ spheres of control,and to study the relationships between spheres of control and Subjective Well-Being（SWB）.Methods：Spheres of Control Scale（in which three dimensions are personal efficacy,interpersonal control and sociopolitical control） and a short version of SWB-scale were applied.Results：（1） There were significant positive co-relations between Subjective Well-Being and Spheres of Control.（2）College students＇ Personal efficacy and interpersonal control were significant predictor of SWB.Conclusion：There were significant positive co-relations between Spheres of Control and Subjective Well-being,what＇s more,college students＇ personal efficacy and interpersonal control were significant predictor of SWB.
