摘　　要：目的:干预11名由于亲历同学死亡事件引发急性应激障碍的学生,使其恢复心理健康。方法:在建立良好支持系统的同时,纾解学生负面情绪,借助心理稳定性技术的安全岛、保险箱方法,采用团体、个体辅导相结合的方式进行干预。结果:有效化解了心理危机,历时3个月的跟踪中,学生没有出现明显心理问题。结论:心理稳定性技术对于急性应激障碍危机干预具有良好的意义和价值。Objective：Restore the mental health of the eleven students witnessed classmate death lead to acute stress reaction.Method：At the same time to establish a good support system to help students relieve negative emotions,with pedestrian refuges and strongbox method of psychological stability technology,a combination of using group and individual counseling intervention.Result：effectively resolved the crisis of the students＇ mental,good effect in the last three tracking,students have none significant psychological problems.Conclusion：The technology of psychological stability has a good meaning and value of crisis intervention for acute stress disorder.
