摘　　要：运用文献资料、调查研究、逻辑分析等方法,全面分析了构建辽宁中部体育旅游带的支撑条件和主导条件,特别是系统地概括了体育旅游资源,进而创立了辽宁中部体育旅游带,其主要内容包括构建途径、软硬件建设等。针对影响辽宁中部体育旅游带构建的思想、政策、规划、体制等宏观问题,提出了相应对策,旨在为辽宁旅游的可持续发展提供积极的参考和借鉴。Using literature reviews,investigation and logic analysis,the authors have a comprehensive analysis on support conditions and leading conditions constructing sports tourism belt in central Liaoning,and especially summarize the resources of sports tourism,and then set up sports tourism belt in central Liaoning including the constructing way,software and hardware construction and so on.The authors put forward some suggestions on macroscopic problems affecting sports tourism belt＇s thought,policy,planning and system in central Liaoning.The purpose is to provide reference for sustainable development of tourism in Liaoning.
