索契冬奥会赛场与国内主要训练基地自然环境的比较分析

摘　　要：以第22届冬奥会参赛地的自然环境为切入点,采用调查法,通过对索契的主要自然环境因素与国内主要训练场自然环境的比较分析,探寻主要差异特征,提出适应性训练思路,为备战第22届冬奥会针对性训练安排提供参考信息。研究结果:索契赛段赛场环境与我国主要训练场地环境差异主要集中于雪上项目,环境差异主要表现在气候方面。索契气候特点为温度高、降水多、湿度大、风力强、东南风;除气候因素外,时差对参赛运动员也将产生一定的影响,海拔高度差异不大,不会产生明显影响。Basing on the natural environment in the 22nd Olympic Winter Games Venues,the author uses the survey method to make a comparative analysis of Sochi＇s main natural environmental factors and the domestic natural environment in major training bases,explores the characteristics of the main differences and proposes a set of adaptive training plan,as a reference of training arrangements for the 22nd Winter Olympic Games.The results are：the differences of natural environment in Sochi and in domestic major training bases mainly focuses in snow games;the environmental differences mainly focuses in the climate;Sochi＇s climate characterizes as high temperature,precipitation,humidity,wind and strong southeast winds and in addition to the climate factors,the jet lag is another factor which will influence the athletes more,and the impact of altitude is insignificant which will influence the athletes less.
