甘肃省汉族学生身体形态生长长期趋势的研究

摘　　要：应用文献资料研究、测试和数理统计等方法对1985—2010年甘肃省汉族学生身体形态指标进行统计分析,研究结果表明:1)甘肃省汉族学生的身高继续呈现增长态势,且增长速度呈加速势头,特别是近10年乡村学生的身高增长速度明显加快。2)城市学生身高普遍高于乡村学生,且表现为18岁之前城市学生身高明显高于乡村学生,18岁之后城乡学生身高差距大幅缩小。3)城市学生体重大于乡村学生,但近10年乡村学生体重增长幅度超出城市学生的体重增长幅度,且近5年乡村学生体脂百分比的增长幅度较大,有赶超城市学生的趋势。这一现象需引起高度重视,避免乡村学生重走城市学生体形发展变化的老路,即由"豆芽菜"型向"胖墩儿"型发展。4)近10年甘肃省汉族学生的胸围增长较为缓慢,与身高、体重的快速增长不成比例,需引起高度重视。By using the literature review,experiment and statistics methods,this paper analyzed physical form data of Han nationality students in Gansu province from 1985 to 2010.The purpose of this paper is to find developing laws of physical form of Han nationality students and to offer reference to education and sanitation department of Gansu province.The result showed that 1） physical form of Han nationality students in Gansu province increased steadily,especially the height growth velocity of rural students increased speedily in recent ten years.2） The height of urban students was higher than that of rural students.3） The weight of urban students was heavier than that of rural students,but the weight growth velocity of rural students was rapidly than that of urban students in recent ten years.The velocity of body fat percentage of rural students was increased fast in recent years.We must emphasize on this phenomenon and avoid physical form of rural students from thin to fat.4） In recent ten years,chest measurement of Han nationality students in Gansu province increased slowly,and it is out of proportion to height,and need us to attention.
