摘　　要：目的 探讨经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检在临床的应用价值.方法 选择直肠指检、血清前列腺特异性抗原检查及超声检查疑诊前列腺癌患者67例,在经直肠超声引导下对前列腺行＂6＋X＂法穿刺活检.结果 67例穿刺受检者中,病理诊断为前列腺癌44例,良性前列腺增生15例,非典型增生2例,前列腺炎4例,上皮内瘤变2例.结论 经直肠超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检是诊断前列腺癌的一种安全有效的检查方法,值得临床推广应用.Objective To discuss clinical use of prostate puncture biopsy by transrectal ultrasound.Methods 67 cases of suspected cancer were selected by digital examination,serum prostate-specific antigen（PSA） and transrectal ultrasonography, then underwent TRUS-guided transrectal biopsy with the ＂six＋X＂ method. Results 44 cases were PCa,15 were benign prostate hyperplasia,2 were prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia,4 were prostatitis,2 were PIN.Conclusion Prostate puncture biopsy by transrectal ultrasound is a safe and effective method to diagnosis prostate carcinoma, and can be accepted by clinical easily.
