摘　　要：目的探讨镍钛记忆合金尿道支架管在Duckett术尿道下裂修复中的应用效果。方法 2007年1月～2010年8月,应用镍钛记忆合金尿道支架管行Duckett术修复136例尿道下裂,均为Ⅰ期尿道重建,术后2～3月取出镍钛记忆合金尿道支架。结果术后随访6个月～2年,发生尿瘘7例,尿道狭窄1例,手术成功率为94.1%(128/136)。结论镍钛记忆合金尿道支架管能很好地预防尿瘘及尿道狭窄的发生,提高Duckett术成功率。Objective To evaluate the advantages and application prospects of niti-alloy urethral stents in Duckett technique.Methods From January 2007 to August 2010,niti-alloy urethral stents were applied to repair congenital hypospadias in 136 patients.All patients received one-stage surgical managements of urethral reconstruction.The stents were left indwelling in the urethra for 2 to 3 months.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,and urethrocutaneous fistula formation occurred in 7 cases,urethral strictures in 1 case,and the successful rate of the operation was 94.1%（128/136）.Conclusion Niti-alloy urethral stents can reduce complications of Duckett technique.
