双参擦剂治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察双参擦剂治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床效果。方法:100例符合强直性脊柱炎标准的患者,随机分为2组:治疗组50例,外用双参擦剂配合手法治疗;对照组50例,手法治疗。2组疗程均为1个月。结果:经过1个月的治疗,两组腰背痛指数、晨僵持续时间、胸廓活动度3项指标较治疗前均显著降低,且治疗组上述指标改善值优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双参擦剂是治疗强直性脊柱炎安全有效的方法。objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the shuangshen liniment on the treatment to ankylosing spondylitis.Methods： one hundred patients with ankylosing sondylitis were randomly divided into 2 groups： the treatment group（50 cases） and the control group.Patients in the treatment group were treated with topical shuangshen liniment;the manual therapies were given to the patients in the control group.The therapeutic course for both groups was one months.Results： After one months＇ treatment,there were significant difference in the low back pain index,duration of morning stiffness and chest expansion in the two group（P0.05）.Conclusion： It is a safe and effective method for the shuangshen liniment applied in ankylosing sondylitis.
