摘 要:上海市青草沙原水系统通水切换期间,杨树浦、南市、居家桥、陆家嘴等4家水厂将临时就地取用黄浦江水。由于黄浦江受多种因素影响,水质不稳定,为保障黄浦江临时取水口水质平稳,确保上海市供水安全,水利部太湖流域管理局成功组织实施了引江济太应急调水。通过总结应急调水背景、组织实施过程以及调水效果,分析了引江济太应急调水对保障青草沙原水系统切换期间供水安全的作用,对指导流域供水安全保障工作具有一定意义。During the cut off of Qingcaosha water source system in Shanghai,four water plants of Yangshupu,Nanshi,Jujiaqiao and Lujiazui will temperately abstract water from the Huangpu River.However,due to many reasons such as inconsistent of water quality of the Huangpu River,emergence water diversion from the Yangtze to Taihu Lake was successfully implemented by the Taihu Lake Basin Authority so as to secure water supply to Shanghai.The background and implementation process as well as result of emergency water diversion are summarized.The role of emergency water diversion to safeguard water supply during cut off of Qingcaosha water source system is analyzed which is of reference value for other river basins.
